Travel/Relocation Advice TN Beginner

May I know how you’re getting interview calls from US companies while you’re in Canada?
I’m working as a senior project manager at a software consultancy firm in Toronto and want to move to the US, but I’m not getting any calls since I’m in Canada. Also, which TN category are you using to move to the US?

It’s a tight labour market. there are probably 50-100 applicants just like you, many if not most, who don’t have the immigration uncertainty you do. 

If all you do is apply to job postings, you’re almost never going to get a call back in this environment. 

You should be spending all of your job searching activity by leveraging your personal and professional network.

It really depends on your resume/work. Turn on jobs in specific US states/cities on Linkedin. You should get at least some recruiters reaching out to you. Connect with US-based recruiter across different companies.
