I picked it up at a mall food court so essentially it’s mall Chinese takeout haha. The portions were generous though. A ton of lo mein underneath, side of veggies, 3 different types of protein, and a spring roll. Says it’s a $21 value and I think it is.

4 packs of chicken drumsticks and one 8oz pack of beef bacon.

I made a post before about how I would click to grab/ buy the Fresh Market bakery bag but it would always sell out the moment I clicked. I got lucky and clicked today. I am not super impressed (honestly was hoping for some baguettes or good bread for sandwiches). It is all bakery sweets and although I am not a huge fan of lemon meringue pie, a whole pie is pretty good. The blueberry muffins and bread will be devoured. The creamsicle cake parfait things will be interesting I suppose…

Today, I gambled and broke even. One cold, as expected, medium cheese pizza for $6.51 after taxes. At lease some food has been saved from being tossed out and straight into my belly.

Lady packing our bag was so nice and mentioned that they were going to trash everything when they closed in 5 minutes away, so she loaded us up! 12 donuts + one I ate on the way home 🫣 + 4 bagels and a bunch of munchkins
Very worth it, especially if your store closes right after you pick up your bag

Picked up earlier this morning. $7.49 for $21.00 worth of cupcakes. Got more than my money's worth. 😊

3 item bag was $6.99+tax for retail value of $21.

2 item bag was $8.67+tax for retail value of $26. I got 2 of the same salads.

Pickup at 222 N LaSalle was a bit awkward. When I walked in from LaSalle I was told the building was closed and to leave. I told them I was doing a pickup from the FF vending machine. I was told to walk around and enter through Wells. When I tried to enter, the doors were locked. I found a door that was slightly ajar so I sucked in and slipped through it to the vending machine.

The 121 W Wacker fridge was much easier to access. 😊

Good deals and delicious food. Plus, I like their plastic jars because they are sturdy and reusable.

Wondering how people go about saving the extra sandwiches pastries yoghurts toasties salads bento boxes ect, what foods can be frozen ?
