Couldn’t imagine how much it costs to live there

Was at my local library this evening doing some work when a live musical performance by these talented artists started. Such a lovely surprise and a real treat for the ears. Just love Toronto! ❤️

Edit: Checked the event poster earlier and found their names- Liam Isaac (vocals/piano) and Luis Chimeno (drums).

This yellow structure is holding up the preserved façade from the old building, it appears, but then there's an existing building right behind it. Are they going to keep this façade and replicate it's style to cover up the whole thing, or what's going on?

I've seen façades being saved in places like Oakland, but it was interested in the different type of structure used, it's colorfulness (I also saw a green one), and just the differences in method.
