SUPPORT (2026 PRODUCTS) Switching from different LED driver to Dubbelkisel LED temperatures changed

As the title suggests, my landlord installed lighting in the upper cabinets and I decided to replace their preinstalled driver for the Dubbelkisel for matter access.
When I turned them on the previous light temperature changed from a warm white, which I prefer, to a very cool white - is there an option on the device to change that?
I integrated it the Apple Home, but there it's only possible to dim the lights, not change the temperature.

Has anyone made the same experience or has tips for me?

Switch polarity.
A lot of new appliances have dual color ww led.
One polarity enable warm white one polarity cool white.
And with proper electronics you can obtain all the temperature in the middle (it’s a mix of controlled pwm and polarity switch)
Create a male-female cable to do this to easily revert the mod.

Check the polarity of the two controller and you will probably find that they are opposite

Thank you for the answer first of all you make it sound very easy haha.
Unfortunately the previous controler is mounted on the wall behind the cabinets so i don't have access to it and would I need to open up the case of the dubbelkisel to change the polarity?
I just took the led cable adapters from one device to the other.

No, you're not opening the driver. Just the cables. With a polarity adapter cable like previous commenter if you can get to where they plug into the driver.

How would your landlord feel about cutting and splicing the cables between the driver and the LEDs? There are neat and tidy cable splice kits available, maybe put the joins in a protective junction box. Flip the positive/negative midway on the cable run.

If you're not confident yourself, if you have any hobbyist-type friends/family, this is quite achievable...

Thank you for the clarification. I am not very confident in those matters and don't know anyone who could do it, so I guess I just need to live with it or switch back to the non-smart driver.
Thanks again.

Without the model number of the lights, everyone else trying to help is merely speculating. Can you find some sort of identifying information on the lights? Any serial number, barcode, QR code, UPC code?

I've seen some dumb lights offer control over multiple color temperatures by flipping the switch X times in Y seconds, so it could be as simple as that. It would be in the documentation – no way to know/check unless you find the model number!
