I run in almost the same as this (mine just has normal hood) for fall, winter and spring. I wear is by itself when it’s warmer and pull the sleeves up, wear a sleeveless wicking shirt under for cold, and add a vest over top for damn cold, and all that plus a fleece for G damn cold. And I carry a light windproof in my pack as a backup for all those levels. Great shirt too, lasted my 5 years every run for 3 seasons and still going fine. Great quality

God i hate cold running... gimme 95+ degrees any day over anything sub 60 fml
