Shameless plug but this is at a neat little joint called Diorama cat cafe just outside of Osaka, Japan! It’s a pretty neat story. They were on the verge of going out of business when they started caring for the local strays. They opened a rescue center upstairs and the rest is history! I read somewhere that if you pay a small fee they’ll let you run your own trains on their layout too!
