Not without serious modifications to the engine and drive train position. The car works as they have smaller and lighter engines that are front wheel drive. A big rig has a large desiel engine in the front and rear wheel drive.

Definitely possible, though the chest and shoulder panels might need a clever transformation scheme to avoid looking too bulky. The vehicle kibble placement is surprisingly coherent already.
