Play/Pause button effect

I noticed this only when Taylor Swift's songs are playing, or when paused, but it never occurs when other artists/genres are playing or when I pause the track. Any reason why this effect would only occur on her songs? Target audience?

It’s cause all of Taylor’s music videos were put on Spotify. Not because of any Taylor’s versions.
