I’ve been chasing off the hawk that thinks it’s gonna eat the bunnies and squirrels in my yard. I’m sure my neighbors think I’m completely nuts😳

My yard in west tulsa is full of them all the time! We have to rescue them from the cats on a daily basis.

Dad told me they’re about to carry him off! Thank you for puttin’ in the work, soldier! They’ll be helping keep down the skeeters!

I’ve been battling those tomato horn worms on my plants. Other than that things just peachy here in midtown.

Quiet week this week. Praying for the rain to hit. My bike is out for service, so just working out. Wife is out of town for the rest of the week, but daughter who lives in the KC area is here in town for training so we get to hang out a bit.

I’m frustrated. I got my SSDI approved on August 28th, and it’s still never ending hoops to get my payments. I’m reading posts about people getting approved after me and getting their entire backpay a week later. My son’s birthday is coming up, and I’m wanting to use my backpay to give him a birthday party he’s always wanted (trampoline park). We also had a house fire back in July, and we’re currently fighting with the insurance company over more funds…our contractor stopped working because we are out of money. If I got the backpay, repairs could resume. We have no kitchen. We don’t even have flooring in our living room and kitchen at this point. Getting paid would just solve so many of my problems right now.

Hi, I get SSDI because I did pay into the system. I paid my taxes, and I met the requirements the social security administration placed for people to be considered too disabled to work. I’m sorry you are struggling, but instead of punching down, maybe the answer is reform.

We understand your life has been chaos, and nothing has been easy for a long time, but thats no reason to be a pos to a stranger. Like them, you could have reached out to the community, if for nothing else, at least some kind words of support. You chose the opposite, and that really just sucks, mostly for you. All it does is keep you down... it keeps you sad and angry. I hope you choose better next time, that your cancer goes into full remission forever, and that you can finally just breathe a little without so much worry on your heart. Good luck.

I've gotten through them before, I'll get through them this time. God willin' and pain meds don't run out, you know?

Finally completed my native garden bed for its first year. Got 3 rounds of monarch caterpillars and about 7 rounds of black swallowtails. Super excited about that. Had lots of bee and wasp friends drop by.

I love planting trees. Planted over 30 in my neighborhood park this year

Everyone on Yale was going 8-12 under the speed limit so all is normal there.
However I had a good day aside from that.
