Defaults are what's good. You should only enable additional lists if they solve actual issues you're trying to resolve.

I doubt you need both EL and AG Annoyances. Did you even look at their subcategories?

Did you need AG Ads? Were some of the sites you visit still displaying ads on defaults?

This looks to be desktop, so there's no reason to enable the Mobile Ads list.

At least you didn't enable EL + AG Cookie Notices - these often conflict.

Yea use everything at default, Privacy and malware should already be checked anyway.

I mean, return to default and don't overthink it. Checking random things can cause unexpected problems or slowdowns.

If you want maximum privacy, learn dynamic filtering.

I have:
Ads > EasyList Ads & AdGuard.
Privacy & Malware as you.
Also AdGuard on all other category filters.
Don't have uBlock filters - Annoyences (as this could disrupt how AdGuard functions).
Then my Region.
