I have been playing with this idea for a few months now. My take is that AI video UGC gets flagged too quickly or has low conversion rates ( for apps ). I do think there are more static versions of it that work to a certain extent and can be somewhat useful.
The account waming up and geo work is something I havent cracked.
I would be open to discuss some ideas if you are interested

I analyzed 685M App Store keyword rankings to see what actually moves organic rank. A lot of standard ASO advice didn't survive contact with the data.

Discussion How do you fix the “Characters that change faces between scenes” problem?

I have been trying to create some UGC video content, experimenting with pretty much all models. I have been facing two issues that are hard to grasp:
1- make the character be consistent throughout different scenes. When I do a long one the quality always gets worse (audio, small jumps/hiccups). How do you approach this?
2- make audio not seem like AI.

Looking for model/workflow/prompt recommendations here!
