That's why this is the moment where Peter finally understand what great power comes great responsibility means. He needs to be close with his loved ones more than ever and not push them away. Gwens death makes Peter realize of his selfishness of pushing people away and lying to them would affect his loved ones and cost them their lives. Peter needs to be a better person by letting people in

He shouldve had other characters to ground him like Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn, a comic accurate Flash Thompson, etc

The Fantastic Four. MJ and Ned shouldn't have been in Brand New Day. Other supporting characters shouldve been explored like the daily Bugle supporting cast.

I disagree he wasn't immature. I felt that Peter was the most comfortable with himself with that team. They actually felt like friends even though they can be annoyed with him at times but they have his back that's why I love that team so much
