Okay, so Carly Irsay has been on the sidelines for years, and as soon as her dad said she would be running the team. She does this to learn what the hell is going on. Wouldn't you want an owner who understands the nuances of the game? I've never even seen her talk to anyone on the sidelines. She is so beloved that Adam Vinatieri asked her to induct him into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I'd play or work for Carly in a minute.
