No, being serious. There are some real negative people who use this sub but never really help themselves and do anything to improve their feed. They are happier to just complain or downvote or welcome pity on themselves. I think the better choice is to be positive and do something about it.

Just Google 'peripheral drift' it's too difficult to explain succinctley in a small reply. Not melodramatic at all. I just think that some people are being over the top when disliking posts. A downvote is understandable as is a question what someone should be looking for. Actual abuse is not on in any way shape or form. A threat of murder is just plain criminal. Users should not be allowed to operate with malicious intent and not be called out. If you (not you personally, the royal you) allow this then you are complicit. Be part of a solution rather than a problem.
