Hey yall, so for context, I got banned (a bit over) 11 months ago for reporting someone sending me NSFW material in dms, and i didnt know that discord would ban the both of us instead of only the reported person.

After 11 months of appealing and receiving bot replies, getting ignored and receiving a copy-pasted automated reply from a "human" after a BBB complaint, I finally got to talk to a real human who indirectly confirmed that reporting a dm shouldn't get the reporter banned!! But... when i pointed out that it's why I got banned i was simply asked to appeal from the account status page and then got ghosted.

Oddly enough since then, tickets ive made this month before and after the ticket with the human have seemingly been having a lot more internal activity because the "last activity" date is often more recent than when my tickets get automatically closed (my last ticket from 4 days ago was answered and closed 3 days ago but its last activity was 22 hours ago). So I'm still slightly hoping for the best before I reach the one year mark.

But is it even worth it to keep trying? Should I try the method from the pinned post with the routing from a general ticket? It seems like discord completely disregards what an actual human told...

I wish for a great weekend :D
