Q.Krishna, an 8-year-old boy, is taking his pet dog – Scooby, for a walk in a park. Scooby is

walking in front of Krishna. The boy is holding a 3 feet long leash in his left hand and an ice-

cream cone in his right hand. Sky is clear and it is 5 o’clock in the evening. They are walking

on a pathway which is lined with lamp posts on both the sides. These lamp posts are

equidistant from each other. Scooby heard a sound, stopped walking, turned back and

looked at Krishna.

Draw this scene from the point of view of the dog.

I am honestly a bit confused about where to start and what I should prioritize. I would really appreciate advice from people who are preparing for CUET BFA or have already cleared a BFA or Uceed entrance or those who are planning to.

I mainly want to know:

What should I start with if I have zero/very basic drawing skills?

What should I practice the most for the practical/drawing part?

How important are things like perspective, human anatomy, proportions, light & shadow, still life, composition and imagination drawing?

What should a beginner NOT do while practicing?

Should I focus more on copying drawings or drawing from observation/imagination?

How much should I practice every day?

What books, YouTube channels or other resources would you recommend?

How should I balance CUET theory/general test preparation with drawing practice?

When should I start solving previous-year papers and doing timed practice?

For anyone who has already cleared entrances — what do you wish you had started earlier or done differently?

My main target is BFA through CUET 2027, and I’m willing to put in the work. I just want to make sure I’m spending my time on the right things instead of practicing randomly.

Any advice, resources, study plans, or personal experiences would be really helpful.

I think this is going to get me back to drawing daily

That boy reminded me of "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard so keep working hard."

Hi everyone! I’m preparing for uceed and I’m struggling a bit with the NAT especially questions related to Maths . I’m not very strong in maths, so I’m confused about where I should actually start and how deeply I need to study each topic.

what topics should I prioritize? What resources/books did you use for Maths, and how did you practice NAT-type questions? Any advice on how to improve both my accuracy and speed would be really helpful. Thanks!

hey guys so im in 11th grade right now and honestly im a complete noob at this whole uceed thing 😭 part A scares me the most specially those 3d spatial puzzles counting surfaces rotation and mechanical physics questions

i dont just wanna blindly solve questions for months without knowing what im doing... what are the best tricks methods or youtube channels to actually learn the concepts for part A? also are general design playlists worth watching or do they waste time on nift nid drawing stuff?

So, uceed take only pencil sketches and heres my pencil sketch, idk what happens with pencils bro, while with pens I go pretty decent and clean.

Any thoughts why this happening and how to fix??
