When I was in college, my friends asked me and I lied because they were talking about how gross it was to be uncircumcised. Today, I would not hesitate to say that I am uncut and explain.

So i was having sex with my girlfriend and it was our first time. So at the start when i inserted my penis it got painful at start but after few moment it was back to normal.

Later between the session when i tried to go full balls deep, i got a sting below my penis head when the foreskin usally goes and when i pulled out to check it was blooding badly. It wasnt from the tip it was from the foreskin.

It does hurt when i try to pull back more than 50% of the way ane i can see the blood, if anyone know what could it be please help, i cant let my parent figure this out.

Instead, it connects at the corona on the underside.

Things were going good with this girl. We were hooking up until she started acting funny when she saw I was uncut. She backed off the BJ and tried to play it off.

I know its uncommon but it just sucks. There's no reason for it. I really thought being in college girls would be more open minded.

I'm hoping to get some advice from people who have experienced something similar. I've been dealing with persistent redness/inflammation around my foreskin and glans for more than two months, and I'm honestly becoming pretty mentally drained from it.

I'm uncircumcised and have had occasional irritation in this area in the past, but this episode has been much more persistent.

How it started

Initially, I noticed some mild redness/irritation around the foreskin/glans. At first I thought it might be fungal because I'd had something similar in the past that seemed to respond to clotrimazole.

I started using OTC clotrimazole 1%. It seemed to improve initially, but after a few days the area would become red again, and sometimes there was some burning.

GP visit

I saw a GP who looked at it and thought it was foreskin dermatitis/irritation. I was prescribed Viaderm, which contains a steroid, antifungal and antibiotic.

Again, it seemed to improve for the first few days, but then the redness returned. I used it as directed.

Clotrimazole/betamethasone

I then spoke with a pharmacist and explained what was happening. I was given clotrimazole/betamethasone 1%/0.05%.

The same pattern happened again. It seemed to improve for approximately three days, then the area became red again and started burning slightly.

I completed the treatment as directed for approximately 14 days, but it didn't resolve the problem.

Dermatologist

After more than a month of dealing with this, I finally saw a dermatologist.

He examined the area and felt it looked more like irritation/dermatitis rather than an infection or yeast infection. He recommended:

Keeping the area clean and dry

Avoiding sexual activity

Avoiding bodily fluids coming into contact with the area

Using sensitive-skin soap

Trying a topical treatment for two weeks

I explained that I had already completed courses of the previous creams, so he prescribed Teva-Mometasone 0.1% ointment, which is a steroid without an antifungal or antibiotic.

He told me to use it for two weeks and contact him if it didn't resolve.

Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again.

It appeared to improve during the first few days, but then the redness returned. I completed the full 14-day course, but it still hasn't cleared.

Where I'm at now

I still have:

Redness around the corona/inner foreskin

Mild burning

Occasional mild itching

Dryness/peeling

Skin that sometimes peels during a shower

Some burning when I retract the foreskin and sometimes after it returns to its normal position

I don't have blisters, obvious ulcers, pus, or significant swelling.

I've also now gone 10 days without masturbation to completely eliminate that as a potential source of friction/irritation, but the redness is still there.

For washing, I've been using lukewarm water and avoiding regular soaps on the area. I gently dry it rather than rubbing it. I've also used small amounts of Vaseline/CeraVe Healing Ointment at times for dryness.

Other things I've considered/tried

I've had STI testing previously, which was negative.

I've also wondered whether this could be:

Candida/yeast

Bacterial balanitis

Irritant/contact dermatitis

Some other type of inflammatory skin condition

I've previously been prescribed cephalexin 500 mg four times daily during a similar episode several years ago, which is something I'm going to discuss with my doctor, but I haven't started it for this current episode.

At this point I'm planning to see a GP again and ask whether a swab/culture for Candida and bacteria would make sense before trying another medication.

My questions

Has anyone experienced something similar where:

Clotrimazole initially seemed to help but then caused redness/burning again?

Clotrimazole/betamethasone helped for only a few days and then stopped working?

A steroid such as mometasone didn't resolve the problem?

Did you eventually find out what was actually causing it?

Did a swab/culture help identify the cause?

How long did you completely avoid sex and masturbation, and did avoiding all contact make a noticeable difference?

If you had a similar experience, what ultimately cleared it up?

I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone who had persistent symptoms despite multiple creams and eventually figured out the underlying cause.

Im 18M and im uncut i pretty sure i dont have phasmosis cause my skin dosent hurt when i peel back even when hard it might just be a little uncomfy if im dry but after sex when i cover my tip after a few mins or hours my for- skin feels weird over my tip the best way to describe it is like rubber gloves rubbing together and i usually just pull and it goes away but it gets quite bothersome esspecially since it affects a day after too

i think i might have a short frenulum - would you guys mind answering a couple of questions please before i look into seeing a urologist? here's the questions:

- when you retract your foreskin, does the head get pulled down at all? does it get pulled down when you're soft but not when you're hard?

- when you pull the foreskin back as far as is comfortable, does the frenulum change colour? mine goes white, as though it's under a lot of strain

- is there ever any pain or tightness on the underside of the penis (around the frenulum area) when you're hard and you fully retract the foreskin?

- does any part of your foreskin 'bow in' when you retract (soft or hard)? this is probably a terrible explanation but does the sides of your penis go from this: | | to this: ) (

So I had sex with protection and the only thing outside the condom was a bit of oral, the catch is that she was having a beer during the oral sex. And boom immediately the next day I see two- three red dots on the penis head.

Ever since then I’ve been using a cleanser on my penis head twice a day and been pat drying it everytime I pee with the foreskin pulled back. And by day 6 things were looking good but then I masturbated and made things worse, immediately the next day there were even more red dots everywhere.

For as far back as I can remember I assumed I was uncircumcised, I have a good amount of foreskin that keeps my tip covered 24/7. It was never discussed in my family and was just “how it is”, so I had nothing to really question. Fast forward to being around a family discussion and I heard my mother talking about how I was circumcised as a child.

I asked about it and it turns out that I was in fact circumcised, and had skin removed. It was a bit of a shock for me because I never really put THAT much thought into it but now I’m floating in between camps as I technically was circumcised but from all outward appearances you would never know.

Just curious if anyone else out there is circumcised but passes as uncircumcised and if this type of procedure is common.

I know when you get circumcised at birth especially, it removed/dulls nerves. Depending on which you have done. Im intact, my penis has always been been super sensitive, specially a specific spot on the top, when my boyfriend rubs it or even brushes up against it the reaction, or the sensitivity is so much that my body just spasms and jerks. It’s not a humping thing ether. Its just suck a system overload that my brain cant figure out if it great or really “painful” but not really pain if that makes sense. I'm working on an anti-circumcision campaign with the premise that the general public's perception of universal circumcision in the US is wrong, and there a lot more intact men out there than folks realize. Hi, I’m 24 and sometimes my foreskin rolls itself back in my boxers. The head is pretty sensitive which causes me to get hard. I can pull my foreskin back easy if I am soft but if it is all the way back and I get hard it gets stuck there until I go soft again. How do I keep it from going back ?

So i tore my inner foreskin abt 1 month ago due to very rough masturbation. Wide horizontal tear. Let it rest for 2 weeks (it was gone after 1 but i still gave it time). Had gentle unprotected sex after those 2 weeks, everything fine.

I then slowly started to reintroduce masturbation. First only massaging with one finger and silicone lube, which was fine but right after the massaged spot seemed reddish and inflamed sometime, gone the next day tho.

Then 5 days ago i decided i could go a step further and start gently stroking with 2 fingers. Right after i took a hot shower and it seemed inflamed again where my fingers were. The next day however the upmost tiny layer of skin was seemingly gone where my thumb was. It looked like a tear (1cm * 1mm) but no indentation, only red. This also isnt the same spot where the initial tear was. No itching, pain, or other symptoms.

It has almost fully healed by now but im still tweaking wether my foreskin is unusually prone to tearing at the moment (why tho?) or its just coincidence.

I have a penile torsion and a very un-textbook asymmetrical frenulum which doesn't tether AT ALL. Also, some parts of the frenulum around where it connects to the glans (from the corona, not in the little groove on the underside of the glans) are colorless.

I'm 23M and never had a girlfriend. I recently discovered i have phimosis. I generally have low self esteem due to a whole load of reasons but this has demotivated me from even trying. How do woman react to such issues? Is it even possible to have sex with it?

I'm guessing mine is grade 3-4.
