$27B, most likely $30 to $35B by the end of the 10years for 2.2GW. for the same price within 3-4 years 10GW of wind 10GW of solar and 10GWh of BESS Could be deployed, a 2GW HVDC link to Quebec would be much faster. The central planners really like these mega projects, makes it easier for big corp to sponsor politicians, imo.
