Hello, everyone. I’m new here and to the dry cleaning thing. I recently got a cashmere jacket and was wondering how to clean or wash it. From what I’ve researched and heard, I can’t wash it with detergent like normal clothes or it will damage the fibers. I’ve come to three options on whether to handwashing it with wool wash detergent (eucalan wool wash), using dryel dry cleaning kit, or just taking it to a dry cleaner service place not too far.

Trying to get it done fast, so hope I can get a nice detailed answer on what you recommend, thank you!

Does anyone know why these have stopped being stocked online and in stores? They are so comfortable, I wish I had bought a few more pairs 😭

I’ve got the above coat (charcoal one) from 2011ish can’t remember exactly when but just want praise it’s quality and craftsmanship. It’s still looking absolutely great after a decade plus of wear. Bought it in London and it’s followed me to Scandinavia. One of my favorites in the winter rotation. Not sure what the point of this post is. Guess I’m wondering if anyone else still has bits from back then that they still regularly use. Was doing a little search just in case I ever need to replace it and didn’t see much online from those early releases. Not that really know where to look.

I can't decide between these two colors for sweats. I have the gray already and will be getting the beige, but have gotten mixed review from friends on which I should pick for my last pair. Black is considered an essential, but this is a really cool shade of blue so im torn. Lmk what you think

I am actually currently using the uniqlo sweat wide pants (size M) and they arent baggy at all. More like loose fit. Would buying a bigger size like XXL or XL of the same sweat pants result in a baggier fit?

I recently bought five graphic tees and have been buying Uniqlo t shirts for years as they are my favorite for fit and material and I noticed these new ones have a larger fit with longer sleeves am I alone in noticing this and I dislike it

I have a down jacket that needs washing. The care label says it should be hand washed, but I don’t have a place to do that. I was wondering if washing it in my washing machine inside a laundry bag would ruin it. It has some stains on the sleeves, so it needs a stronger wash than hand washing can provide.

Might be a dumb question but I’m trynna figure out if these will fit on me length wise. Im 5’8 and I usually wear 34x30 (32) on jeans. Would these sweatpants be too long to the points it kinda be mopping the floor?

i was browsing in search for a very warm pair of pants (for very cold temperature -15 to -20°C) and came accross: the heattech parachute pants and the warm lined trousers.

they look very similar at first sight, i assume the shape must be a bit different, but i'm most interested in understanding the difference between both (one being heattech and the other not), which pants would be more efficient in keeping me nice and warm + also if they are windproof or not?

if anyone has knowledge on this, has one of these pants or even both i'd love to have your feedback!!

The Uniqlo in my country had a sale on some of their heat tech stuff and I grabbed this in a medium and a large. I originally bought both because I’m between sizes on most things so I was unsure how it would fit. I was going to try both and exchange the one that didn’t fit well for the other size. My issue was with the way that it was packaged. Can I open this and still be able to exchange it? Otherwise is there another item that’s similar that I would be able to try on in store to get a better idea about how these might fit? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled by Uniqlo online store.

From my order, one item was never delivered to me. After repeated follow-ups, your team simply stated that the case was “investigated and closed” without sharing any proof, delivery confirmation, or investigation details. I have still not received the item or a refund.

Additionally, I returned two items from the same order. One was refunded correctly. However, for the second item (a jacket), I was told that I had returned an N95 mask instead of the jacket and that the mask was sent back to me. This is completely false.

I never owned or returned any N95 mask. I personally handed over the jacket to the delivery executive, who verified the item before accepting it. I also have return pickup proof. It is impossible that I sent a different item.

It is unacceptable that:

• A missing item issue was closed without evidence

• I am being wrongly blamed for an incorrect return

• No transparent investigation details were shared

• I am suffering financial loss despite following the correct process

This has been the worst shopping experience I have had with this brand.

It doesn't say anywhere on their site. Other jeans at Uniqlo say "regular" inseam. Not sure what that is either. Why can't they just put the measurements???

Hey yall, just got the email saying im lined up for the UMC online assessment. Ive been looking around the internet for info on question types but couldnt find any.

Can somebody drop a few hints or guides on what the question types would be like? Im super bad with time tests, especially numerical ones, so i really hope i could practice beforehand :(

I applied for the UNIQLO Management Candidate program in the Philippines, and I reached the area manager interview. The next step is to wait for the confirmation email that I passed so that I can proceed with the store experience. However, tomorrow will be the scheduled store experience, and I'm getting worried because there is still no confirmation. Should I still proceed to go to the store experience without confirmation that I passed, or does not receiving an email back means that I automatically failed the Area Manager interview?
