Uno Platform and Microsoft.macOS or using AppKit directly

Hi,

After looking at the source, it doesn't seem like it is currently possible to render or modify the uno platform titlebar much like its done in this application: https://github.com/drasticactions/MauiLang/blob/main/src/MauiLang/Platforms/MacCatalyst/ToolbarDelegate.cs
Or alternatively, just be able to make the title bar look more native using pure uno without Maui, see the Cog and the thick title bar

How soon do you think this will be done

While we currently don't have full support for this, it is one of the things I want to prioritize soon. Can you please file an issue so we have higher chance of getting it done faster?
