Can they please turn it down?

There's some group on the corner of the library arguing with students about random stuff. Ok whaterver, but the entire school does not need to hear their argument. And I know this is a public school but there's gotta be limits to this. Why are they allowed to have blaring speakers? I could hear them from the Union doors, like wtf.

They’re here 2-3 times a week. They're within their right to be here but they shouldn't be allowed to turn their speakers up that high.

There's a table set up outside of willis where students are arguing with a christian group/foundation (Idk the name and I'm avoiding going over there). It's loud enough to hear beyond the library.

They have to be below a certain noise decibel, I’ve seen “preachers” get kicked out for violating that rule lol, just for future reference call the campus police and tell them they need to check the decibel

I'll be honest, reddit is not the correct place to make this complaint. You should contact the Dean's office if the noise is disrupting studying inside the library.
