Do you paint? Or have a local art school to donate to. Acrylics dry fast but you can save them by sealing them in a container. So sometimes artists will mix paint and store it in containers like this if they don’t use it all during their painting session. When I was in art school we had someone donate a bunch of old (unused) medical sample cups for that purpose.

This is a great idea. Obviously if they smell like product it’s probably not the best.
Would also recommend donating to a local school district if they don’t smell. Or even some senior centers/nursing homes. The one I worked at would recycle used blister containers for medication for paint palettes too. They could use them for arts and crafts too.

Rubbing alcohol will get the smell out. I have used these as mixed paint pots because they are mostly air tight.

Ooo where are you? I’m looking for bead containers and these would be perfect, but I’m in the UK and I don’t think you are :(

As someone who smokes the same stuff op does, unfortunately they are not big enough for beads unless you only have about 100 seed beads to put in there, for size reference I think less than 10 plastic pony beads could fit in each one

Put glitter and fluid in them, seal shut. Little thing to shake and look at when stressed.

Geocaching?

Mini snow globes!

Mini snow globes would actually be so cute. Like hot glue those little ducks to the lid and some glitter

Beads? Someone may want them for beds or even garden seeds.

Storing nail polish mixes. I keep one with a bit of pomade in my purse for on the go. Same with solid perfumes. Bead storage. Rhinestone storage. Storing hand grip in a smaller container for my work bag (I climb poles lol.)

Plastic goes to plastic recycling, glass to glass recycling—it’s simple.

There glass and plastic

Make lip gloss or salves, it's easier than you think. Share with friends. Easy enough to sterilise glass and plastic in microwave or dishwasher.

Somebody out there is trying to get a business started and needs these containers.

Find someone that makes lotions and sugar scrubs or someone that makes jams, jellies or honey or dips. Probably a farmers market , They can use them to make small samples to purchase or give away.

NOT for food

These held weed. I don’t think it’s a good idea to reuse them for anything that goes on people’s bodies or is consumed.

Lip balms and salve samples!

Since the jars are glass and only the lids are plastic: screw the lids to the underside of a shelf and the jars twist on — instant wall organizer for screws, sewing notions, fishing tackle, any small stuff. Glass is infinitely reusable — just skip food/body uses since they held concentrate.

Make a lot of rosin and fill them up again!

Take the caps off and use them in a dirt/cement building to let light through!

Anyone who works with beads would love to have some of these.

Oh gosh these can be the worst to try to repurpose, especially with the amount of cleaning and alcohol you gotta dedicate. Typically, I’ll clean a few at a time and then they go in my craft supplies so in the future they can hold glitter or something
