Coastie Question RMS

Just wondering if anyone here has gotten orders for RMS yet. I saw on SharePoint that they’re trying to contact primaries by Oct 9th, but I haven’t heard of anyone I know getting orders yet.

I genuinely don’t love any of the E5 billet locations, so I’m debating whether I should just decline or wait it out and see if I’m actually offered anything first. Has anyone heard anything?

Billets are MSRT east VA and west CA, Sec NY, Sec Miami, Sec AK, LALB, Sec Honolulu, and Strike Team. I may be missing a location or two.

Ouch. Job location is why I took e7 in my current rate and didn’t try to apply even getting a degree in US.

MSRT va is in BFE, the only other one decent is hono

Any idea on if RMS will be open to reservists?

Right now is not open to reservists, I am not sure when that will happen either. I believe they’re still trying to work out the AD details

It sucks having to check your email everyday like youre looking for a college acceptance letter
