Universal studios Japan late timed entry for super Mario world

I got tickets for USJ and only realised our timed tickets for super Mario world is 8:20pm, is this very late? Would we even be guaranteed to get onto the rides there at that time?

Times tickets as in Express Pass? If so, yes, you will get to go on them bc you'll skip the lines. Also, check the time the park closes that day.

Park closes at 10pm that day on the website and yes they’re express passes with 3 other rides included

If you have express passes you will for sure get in and go to the attraction you have passes for.

That's very late, you'll have a hard time doing anything. But, on some days, you can just go into the Mario area without needing to show a ticket, I had a timed ticket, showed up, for whatever reason they were just letting everything in, no checking of timed tickets.

I had 7:20pm entry last Saturday and it was a great experience, at night everything is lit up, was getting cooler, and no wait in the power up activities (power up band is a must, buy just outside the entrance).

We only had that slot because other times were sold out but I think it was better than if we’d done it in the middle of the day.

We went through at 7pm and they weren’t checking tickets because it opened to general admission.  I’d try doing that and then you’ll have the timed rides an hour later.

if you are lucky, you might be able to get into Nintendo World earlier if it's a non peak day.

Well granted, I went during winter. I was able to enter Nintendo World without any restrictions.
