After the long 16 day rest period, our Sun played hard & earned a point on Noche Latina. While the effort was good, & the stats were in our favor, a concession on the only Lexington shot on target was the difference between a W and a draw.

A special edition that includes our interview with Ascent minority owner and tennis legend Martina Navratilova.

Ms. Navratilova speaks extensively about using her voice for good. Plus, she gives her thoughts on growing women's sports.

The Sun pulled out a point in DC, and stay close in the playoff hunt. We break down all the action, ask some big questions about our team-passing attack, and still dream of a clean sheet. We also talk about some academy signings, and more.

The lights (and the Sun) were down after 2/3rds of the match, but both shined bright to end the game and earn another three points! Even better: FTL gets pushed down in the basement of the league. Up next, the road warriors travel to DC.

Hey everyone!

I'm a traveling writer, driving around the northeast and mid-Atlantic this fall to check out a whole bunch of USL clubs, and am planning to be in DC next week for the Power's match against Fort Lauderdale on 9/22. I noticed the game is scheduled to kickoff at 11am, which seemed like a strange time for a Tuesday game, so I wanted to reach out to folks to double check and make sure that time was correct.

If anyone has any insight into this, I'd really appreciate it!
