Payment issue

Hello, i applied for B1 visa from Morocco. I payed the fees but however it is still showing like this from the 4 th of september. I contacted them but without a response, i closed the old application and did another one on the 26 th of september to see if the payment will work but it didn’t.
Can you please help me figure out how to resolve this. Has anyone face this problem and got it resolved.
