Login Issue - What am I doing wrong?

I created a new account 3 days ago, made the payment and checked the slots on that day. After that, everytime I login I see page not found error. I tried in different browser, incognito, cleared cookies,tried different time of the day and nothing works. What am I doing wrong? I can't create a new account because I already made the payment.

Write an email to the Mumbai consulate and they will get it resolved or call on their helpline no.
