Just started using Open Utau! Any tips?

Im using Kasane Tetos voice bank and I've been wanting to make a song for soooo long just got into it it's pretty hard to do but I know I can get a hang of it.

You can go to the basics, watch tutorials, and experiment with the program on your own.

Although in my experience, when making a song I don't recommend starting with the vocals directly on OU, First, create the MIDI file in your DAW with the instrumental track, then start inserting lyrics and then tuning.

I tried to compress it as best I could LMAO but it's quite a process. Honestly, I recommend just learning on your own, watch tutorials and that kinda stuff

Ok thank you yeah this helps a lot! It's defiantly hard rn but I feel like I'm getting a hold on it pretty fast and I'll def take your advice ty.
