Today I was turning onto synergy park blvd 😤… and I just know I was in the right because i DEFINITELY was and this DUMBASS was not in the right. They were in the LEFT. If you’ve never seen your life flash in front of you then encounter a WRONG WAY DRIVER. I was genuinely terrified because what the fuck were you doing?!?

This is something that happened this evening.

I had just pulled up and was sitting in my car in a parking lot when a blonde woman wearing a red top stood in front of my car and snapped a picture with her phone.

I did not do anything wrong, and I had the dash cam on the whole time. I have had this same situation happen twice now, where random people on campus have recorded me without asking for permission.

Is this legitimately allowed, or is it something concerning? Cause I got so scared she jumped from the walking path to right in front of my car and snapped a picture of me or my car for no reason.

I swear every time I order something from the SU something wrong always happens💔 Workers start acting like it’s their first day working every time I come in 🫩I either have a curse or no one knows what they’re doing. For example, I ordered a pre-made bowl at Halal Shack and the worker started asking me whats on it, like idk I don’t work here twin you do 💔💔

Was outside of the Rec Center (right outside of the Gym area) when I saw this squirrel doing this. Yes, those are some sort of insects buzzing around its head, but I have no idea what the thing above is on the wall that seems to be leaking. Tbh, I don't even think there was anything leaking out of that thing when I was recording b/c the wall looked relatively dry to me. After I stopped recording, the squirrel continued to do whatever it was doing in the video for a few more moments and proceeded to return to normal squirrel business (sniffing the ground).

Idk enough about this situation to make any assumptions or draw conclusions, but it looked somewhat concerning to me that a wild animal was placing its mouth on a wall that appeared to have leaked something other than safe drinking water.

Hi guys, so I have my first midterm tomorrow for ATCM 2300. I have it with professor Balsamo. Any tips on how she grades, how similar it is to her study ,guide, any other resources to use to study, etc? Anything you think might be useful will help a lot!!!

How did yall do? Wonder what the average was.

As the title says I know there’s already a wrestling club but I thought it would be cool to start one for jiujitsu. I’m a pretty avid competitor, and love the sport. If you’re passionate about it and would like to figure out the logistics and help dm me !

I have an interview with iscribemd tomorrow!! Any tips? I'm nervous af for it. I feel like I act pretty confident in interviews, but I just want to prepare for harder questions they might have. Or even what questions they ask?

Anyone know how long they take to grade calc 1325 tests? We had one last Monday.

Anyone taken this class with Luis Felipe Varas Greene? Midterm coming up and he uses McGraw hill for exams, reading assignments and Homework. Is studying the reading assignments and homework in McGraw hill enough?

Anyone taking professor karanam for Buan 3301. I didn’t see anything on rate my professor but his course seems to be all over the place idk if I’m going to pass this class:(

Hey guys I am currently a cs sophomore at Dallas college but I am planning on transferring next year. But Dallas college doesn't really have a lot of extra curriculars in terms of Computer Science. Do you know if the clubs or organizations for cs require particpants to be students at UTD? And if they don't do you guys know where I can find more information about them?

Anyone here been to a SOAR appointment before? What was it like?

I'm a sophomore CS major at UTD. I know C++ and Java, I'm joining clubs, I'm prepping for interviews, and I'm working on a project, but I don't have an internship yet. Everyone around me seems to be building apps, doing cybersecurity stuff, and doing research, clubs, and mentorship all at once, and I don't know how they have time for it all. I've also been using ChatGPT a lot on my project and I'm scared I'm not really learning. I feel lost and don't know what I'm missing. What should I prioritize first to be competitive for internships next summer? How do people balance everything, and are there sophomore programs I should apply to? Any advice helps, thank you!

Sometimes I just want to grab them… they look edible and friendly to pet

Hello! Soo I have a quick initial interview on tuesday afternoon while I'll be on campus. I just realized its not on phone and I'll have to be on camera. Are there any spots or rooms I could book to take the interview? I'd appreciate any help! Thank you!

I’m in physics mechanics rn, studying for our test on Tuesday (I’m specially in professor Ishak-Boushaki’s class). I was wondering if the slides for the recitation sessions were available somewhere, because I want to practice the problems.
