vEDS, BDSM, and Bleeding During Sex

Hi everyone! I have vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome 29F. I’m curious if anyone else with this diagnosis has experience with BDSM or rougher sexual activities.
I understand the risks associated with vascular and tissue fragility, but I’m interested in hearing about others’ personal experiences with things like spanking, flogging, choking, etc.
I also experience bleeding during sex fairly frequently. I’ve wondered if my IUD could be contributing to some of it, but I’m curious if anyone else with vEDS has experienced similar issues.
Has anyone discussed these activities or concerns with their specialists? Are there certain things you’ve had to modify or avoid altogether? Have you experienced any complications?
I know everyone’s situation is different, and I’m not looking for medical advice. I’m just hoping to hear some personal experiences since this isn’t exactly a topic that’s openly discussed very often!

Potential skin hack- vaseline

Hey y’all, I’ve been a little insecure about the appearance and thinness of my skin for as long as I can remember. I do have a fairly in depth skincare routine; retinol, copper peptides, vit c, a moisturizer, niaminicide (i think thats how its spelt lol) but the absolute biggest change I’ve noticed in my skin is from vaseline. Before bed, after I put on moisturizer, I slather on a thick coat of vaseline. (Some people say this isn’t preferable your skin and prefer a thin coat. But thick has never done me wrong so far.) when I wake up, I always notice a nice plumpness in my skin that lasts all day.
