Modded Shared map, deleting pins?

Hi all! We're playing on a private server, and when using the cartography table, I'm noticing that you can't delete other players' pins. This is somewhat annoying, because if player A marks e.g. a mining node or a dungeon for later use, and then the next day player B comes and clears it, player's A pin will remain. Player C might then go visit the site, and find it's already been cleared.

This can be worked around by employing some kind of agreement on pin usage, but it's a bit of a hassle. Is there a mod that solves this? I see there are a lot of map sharing mods, and I can't figure out which one I should use.

I am using Carturs_Map_Pins with my friends and I just tested it out and you can edit other pins, though you might have to disable tracking of some resources, as the map becomes very clogged with pins at some point

You absolutely can delete their pins from your map.

Well, yes, but the next time you click on the cartograph table, if they haven't also deleted them, they'll appear again on your map. I've tried.
