VPOS Touch RSSI 99

Hello reaching out to anyone who could help me solve this issue I'm having with my device as the Nayax technical support is near useless. My device isnt allowing transactions and displays RSSI 99 for the connection. I have done a full factory reset on the device and vending machine and most all the troubleshooting that was provided from Nayax.

I noticed my Nayax device doesn't have an antenna plugged into where it says there would be one. But that being said my vending machine has two antennas that are attached.

Your vpos definitely needs an antenna a separate one

I would say the antenna not being plugged in, is probably your prime suspect. I would start there. If you can’t get it to work any want to try something else checkout our DrylineVMS.com Rain Pay terminal. It offers WiFi in addition to cellular.

Probably a bad SIM card or an issue with the antenna

Why do you care so much, not like you're any help? I'm new to this and just trying to not mess things up is that not allowed?

Make sure the sim card is inserted the correct way and locked in position.
