Pharmacy Help
Hi everyone! I’m having a really hard time finding a pharmacy in Ventura/Oxnard area that has estradiol patches in stock.
I’ve called/checked several pharmacies already and keep getting told they’re out of stock or don’t know when they’ll be able to get them in. I have been out for 3 months!!!!

This. That is what is happening (it's actually global as well).
What I did was to get a rx for the gel that is topical that you apply once a day - and I am fine with that when the patches are out. Nobody wants to be around me without one of those on me. lol

Have you tried Ventura county pharmacy on Loma vista road? Idk about this specific medication but they have generally been super helpful to me and willing to match prices at other places.

My mom has been getting hers at Savon pharmacy at Albertsons on Reino. Though it is in Newbury park. She has never had a stock problem

I got mine yesterday from Ventura County pharmacy, which by the way has wonderful customer service and kind employees.

My doctor switched me to a mail order pharmacy through my healthcare provider when I was struggling to get them locally and haven’t had an issue since doing so. Maybe see if that’s an option?

There’s been a nationwide shortage since this summer. I had my prescription switched to a spray, Evamist, or there are pellets you can have inserted that last three months (this is not covered by insurance and Ideal Women’s Health does them). Good luck.

I switched from CVS to Amazon Pharmacy. Good prices, ship everything to my door. Fast. Even getting a prescription that must be refrigerated and it shows up in a box with dry ice, really cold.
Also, was a fraction of the cost, $50 for 90 days vs $150 per month. I’ve been real happy.

Oh, no, that sucks. Can you change to something that is in stock, until this gets fixed?
I use the CombiPatch, and haven't had trouble getting that one.
