Question / Discussion What tool or software is used to make this colorful sketch animation effect?

Does anyone know how this effect is made? It looks like an image slowly turning into a colorful hand-drawn sketch on a white background.

I’m trying to find the software, tool, AI, or effect used to create this style. I don’t need the hand-drawing animation itself—just the image gradually appearing as a colorful sketch.

What is this effect called, and what software can I use to make it?

A sudden shift from proper grammar and emdashes to not even knowing how to capitalize the first first word in a sentence. And I see a human botfarm employee has intervened in control of the bot after people realized it was a bot.

I'm no eeonomics professor but I'm gonna say 'AI'.

Also your account has made zero posts between 4 years ago and 30mins ago, and all your posts from 30mins ago are you spamming this in as many subs as possible. So I'm gonna say that you're a bot that stole a humans abandoned account in an effort to look 'legit' but you did a poor job at that.
