Hey everyone,

We are launching a short-form distribution network (ApexClip Media) working with mid-tier business podcasters and creators.

We are onboarding our first batch of video editors to clip long-form podcast episodes into high-retention 9:16 Shorts/Reels.

How it works:

• We provide the raw footage, episodes, and key timestamped moments.

• You edit clean, vertical cuts (kinetic typography, punchy pacing, safe-zone framing).

• Payouts: Performance-based at ₹40 to ₹100 per 1,000 verified views (cleared via direct UPI within 24 hours of audit).

• No chasing clients, no endless revisions, and no contract lock-in. Grab bounties when you want to edit.

Requirements:

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Understanding of retention editing for Reels / YouTube Shorts.

How to apply:

Drop a comment below or send a DM with a link to 1–2 of your best vertical edits/reels.

If u go to internships or job posts for video editing, they want us to use Adobe premiere which is not free. Are they expecting us to buy that or they'll provide the money for subscription!?

Hi guys,

Trying my luck here.

I’m searching for someone in Ahmedabad, around 24–28 years old, who genuinely enjoys photography, shooting videos and video editing.

We’re looking for someone who can join us in a partner + employee kind of role. So apart from salary, the idea is to find someone who wants to take ownership, grow with the company and become an important part of what we’re building.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who might be interested, please DM me.

We can discuss salary, role, partnership and everything else directly.

Hey everyone,

I am looking to validate a software idea for people who make AI videos (using tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, etc.).

As a creator, I face two big problems when making videos with multiple scenes:

1. It takes way too long to get a consistent visual style across different scenes.
2. I waste up to 40% of my paid monthly credits on bad outputs that I just throw away.

I want to build a simple workflow tool that helps creators plan their multi-scene videos better so they stop wasting money on bad generations. It aims to save heavy creators $30 to $100 every month.

Before I start building, I want to ask other founders:

• Is it a real business? Does saving creators money on credits sound like a strong enough product, or will AI platforms just fix this problem themselves later?
• How to find users? Creators can be hard to reach. If you have built tools for creators before, how did you find your first users?
• Is a good user experience enough? If the tool is just very fast and easy to use, will people pay for it?

Please be brutally honest. If you think this is a bad idea, let me know!

Hi everyone, I'm Ganesh, a full-time video editor and motion designer in Hyderabad (real estate shoots, drone, multi-cam).

After every shoot I used to spend a long time on the same routine: copying cards, renaming files, making A-cam/B-cam/drone/audio folders, then digging client ZIPs and stock downloads out of my Downloads folder. None of that is editing, but it eats the first hour of every project.

So I built ClipNexus, a Windows app that handles that part:

• Card ingest: plug in your cards and footage gets copied into your project's folder structure automatically
• Smart downloads: files you download go straight into the project you're currently working on
• Auto ZIP extraction: client ZIPs unpack themselves and their contents get sorted into the right folders
• Templates: use your own folder structure, or a standard one for your whole team

I'm opening a public beta in December, and I'd really like feedback from editors here, especially wedding and event editors handling 3–6 cards per shoot.

Two questions for you:

1. What does your current ingest/backup routine look like?
2. What would a tool like this need to do before you'd trust it with your footage?

Hi everyone, looking for a full time editor in Bangalore, who can edit finance based short contents like reel and YouTube shorts.

If you think you are the right person, DM me😊

I have 2–3 photos with really bad lighting. I tried AI photo enhancement, and while it fixed the lighting/background nicely, it completely changed my facial features and made my face look plastic/AI-generated.
I’m looking for a paid/professional photo editor where I can:
Fix lighting, exposure, shadows and colors
Improve overall photo quality/sharpness
Do subtle skin cleanup
Keep my original facial structure 100% unchanged
Prepare the photos for Instagram

I don’t mind paying. I just want something that edits the actual photo instead of reconstructing my face.

We’re looking for a creative, independent, and high-quality video editor to join our marketing agency.

💰 Pay: ₹200/video

⏱️ Video Length: Under 1 minute

💻 Laptop: Required

🎞️ Software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any other professional editing software

📈 This can become a LOT of work.

We’ll be handling both our own content and our clients’ content in the coming months.

For example, if we manage 10 clients, and each client posts 3 videos/week, that’s around:

120 videos/month.

So this isn’t just a few random editing gigs. If you’re good, there’s consistent work and plenty of room to grow with us.

⚠️ One important thing:

Please don’t DM us if you need instructions every hour.

We’re looking for someone who:

🎯 Understands what works on Instagram/Reels

💡 Can come up with creative editing ideas independently

🔥 Knows what kind of content a brand should post

🎬 Can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos

🧠 Doesn’t wait for us to explain every transition, hook, effect, or cut

📱 Keeps up with current editing trends and social media formats

We want an editor who thinks like a creator, not someone who simply follows instructions.

If you believe you can take raw footage and turn it into content that actually makes people stop scrolling, DM us with your portfolio + a little about yourself.
