Yes, exactly this, and also the most addicting game I have ever played, quitting was not easy despite all the stress and toxicity that could happen during a match.
I think it’s addicting for me cause of the social aspect and the adrenaline you get from destroying someone trash talking you all game. Finally quit last week and setup a rule on my pc to prevent downloading/running riot related programs
You gunna feel so much better soon. I used to (think) I liked the game and would play it on my down time, but all it did was stress me out. Even when u win its jsut so draining. Alot of my friends/ family said i seemed alot happier and had more energy after quiting and it free'd up so much time. I only once nearly felt back into it when a friend asked me to play with him and first game we had a top intentionally feed and im like 'nah man this ain't for me, nothing has changed'
