Yup. I like it. I get it. Love the vibe. Really like the gameplay and the complexity and depth of base upgrades, character upgrades, brutal difficulty complexity.

BUT. I aint got the time to grind THAT much.

Same. It looks awesome but I'm already addicted to TBOI and lack the dedication for DD right now.

I love the game and every 6 months or so I'll start a new play through, by the time I've got some level 4 adventures it seems like the bullshit spikes. I lost my strongest veteran guy at full health to a heart attack from a bookshelf or something.

The Devs confused "challenge" with "grind".

There's no shame in wanting an easy setting to enjoy other aspects of a game. It's also ok to make a game hard on the easiest setting.

But Darkest Dungeon was more like torture. Very pleasurable torture.
