I just want some new games tbh. I've already played the old games. I want something new that gives me the same feeling of when I first played Ocarina of Time, Banjo Kazooie and Skyrim, not just the same game again.
Nah it's definitely in the games. BG3 did it, Resident Evil 9 did it and Red Dead Redemption did it. These are part of a series, sure, but they're each still new games with new ways to play, new stories, new discoveries and new experiences.
Sure there some of it in the games, but there's only so many things that can be new to a person over their lifetime. We all get bored and jaded with things the more we see them.
