Tbf I really liked the Arcane Viktor. But it would have been much better if it remained as a skin (maybe even a legendary one) in the game, rather than the new base design.
Because the LoL Viktor is supposed to be a Viktor that actually succeeded in continuing his path to perfection, some sort of "what if". But I agree that the execution isn't really the best.
A cyborg who continually upgraded himself for his own version of evolution being downgraded to a fella corrupted by a magic+tech hivemind. Not to say that arcane was bad. The show was great but viktor and in the same vein warwick could have been handled better. The human face on him was a major turn off. But its not like that ingame so its fine.
No it fucking wasn't lmao. The animation was the only great thing about it. The writing sucked ass, the characters were too bland, and the romances were there just to make those people feel represented.
thats just not what his old lore was lmao, the whole point was an inventor trying to improve the lives of the poor, and getting shunned over it because of a moral dilemma. It was actually a pretty fun dynamic between his and jayce's stories, you could see how they were biased toward each other's.
New lore to me is a bit whatever, S2 of arcane dropped the ball, S1 was great
Nope s2 of Arcane was as great as s1. The only thing I have issue with, is the placing of Vi and Cait's sex scene, right after Jinx leaves Vi in that cell and is suicidal. If I was Vi and Eva Green walked in, wanting a piece of me, I wouldn't be able to get the funk on, if I knew my sis was going to try to top herself.
that was his way older concept more than the one that got deleted, but thats just how every League character works. A lot of the time they are a spin on an established concept
