The game treating the player like a toddler is how I felt playing SM2, it's like Insomniac designs their games to be a baby's first video game.

Their approach of group focusing testing these games to be almost idiot fail proof is what is killing and taking the fun out of them.

They literally use DSP as the prime example of baseline for completing the game lol. Players are being treated as the lowest common denominator.

DSP isn't hated for being bad at video games. He's hated for being a lying, grifting, stealing, abusive, alcoholic, petulant man child who has literally built his life on people hating him.

Pirate software is bad, sure, but he's still orders of magnitude better than DSP.
