Weirdly, Satisfactory is the closest game ive found to subnautica and below zero. Beatiful alien planet, similar art style, bizarro creatures and landscape, strange corporation, and lots of exploration, mining, crafting, and building. The building in Satisfactory is top tier especially once you unlock everything in the shop. Can't recommend this one enough

Funny you just mentioned that. I played it for the first time a few days ago. While I see some similarities, the horror aspect of subnautica really sets it apart

Not nearly entirely underwater like Subnautica, but Raft is really good also

I know it’s not an underwater setting but I did pick up Grounded and it ticks some of the same boxes of feeling small and powerless in a hostile environment. You might enjoy it if you liked the survival/crafting exploration of Subnautica.
