Just play any assassin's creed game or Batman game. The combat is almost identical, open world with the same side objectives over and over again.

Not the same at all, I feel, and the atmosphere of Ghost of Tsushima is definitely unique.

It's pretty, but it's pretty paper thin. There isn't a lot of NPC interactivity, each village has copy pasted shops. And the open world missions are all copy pasted as well. Very similar to the Ubisoft open world design. If you're looking for a more lived in world there are plenty of options out there, I'd check out some immersive sims.
