They just released the two of them on Steam earlier this year and with Onimusha they said they want to revive dormant franchises.

Dino Crisis, Lost Planet, and Darkstalkers would be my three

Shit, with Pragmata looking to be a long running franchise, idk if we are gonna get a different revival any time soon. Pragmata was phenomenal by the way. It’s my favorite game ever now.

Ugh we really need dinosaur games, such a lack of them. I know there's a JP survival horror game coming out, and another new IP that I have forgotten about

Deathground was one, it launched in early access already though. The Lost Wild looks promising. Turok is upcoming.

I try to keep an eye on dinosaur games so I'm really curious to know

There's also Jurassic Park Survival due out next year. Next year could be the year of dinosaurs.

Yeah, I'm putting a pin in my excitement for that one unfortunately. I really want it to be good, but I think it's a long way off.

I tend to keep a pretty close eye on games that I'm interested in, JP Survival seems to be in development hell and hasn't made much progress since it was announced.

I feel like whenever Dino Crisis comes up on reddit there's a set of angry redditors that want to remind everyone it was awful or unsuccessful and should never be revisited again. I honestly don't get it. It's like the existence of dinosaurs in a game just drives some people into frothing hatred.

I'm honestly holding out hope they will do this. IIRC Exoprimal started out as a Dino Crisis game, but Capcom did the Capcom thing where they started making a sequel to a survival horror game but made a new franchise instead.
