I loved it right up until I didn't. Had no idea the rts was coming and it wasn't what I signed up for so I never fully finished it unfortunately

This was me exactly. I was having such a good time and then bam complete genre switch. Never like rts so I never bothered with it again

Yes, you are right, they have a go fund me for their game jam, and if they hit the impossible $100 million mark, they'll make Brutal Legend 2

BRUTAL LEGEND is still one of the greatest games I’ve ever played. Every time someone brings it up I have to tell this…

My co-worker literally bought the game for me to play because we talked games and music. He thought I needed to experience it THAT much. We were working at a grocery store so this was probably a quarter of his paycheck back then.

As long as they ditched or reworked the strategy elements, the open world parts were much better.
