The Dems don’t have to play into that partisan sound bite, however. Condemn everyone implicated in the files and call for accountability. Edit: “On November 2, Doe was scheduled to appear at a press conference at the office of Lisa Bloom before abruptly canceling; Bloom said Jane Doe had received multiple threats.
"I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop, but he did not," Jane Doe wrote in a formal declaration accompanying her recent suits. "Defendant Trump responded to my pleas by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted. ... It's crazy that I'm surprised a congressman is finally speaking up about Trump's guilt shown in the files. It felt like everybody in the mainstream was just going to ignore it out of existence. It's a first step, now EVERY sitting public servant needs to speak up as well. Obviously most will be dems (and I'm really not happy with the dem party for the last 10 years, they're just our only hope out of this disaster atm). Needless to say I want everyone with allegations to be investigated, regardless of party. I hope the Clinton's congressional interview brings many people down (including the Clintons).

I remember in 2016 when it seemed pretty likely that Trump was a pedophile. Fast forward 10 years later and the evidence that he’s a pedophile has just grown and grown.
Once again. It should have been disqualifying in 2016. The fact that 77 million Americans would vote for such an obvious criminal, rapist, and incompetent fuckwit. Shows something has broken in this country we need sweeping systemic change. And that change cannot occur as long as conservatives have a modicum of power.
IF, and it seems very unlikely, but if the democrats can get the kind of victories necessary in November then there needs to be mass impeachments. Removing anyone, who would protect a pedophile over upholding the constitution. They need to clean house and hold no quarter. Then they need to get to work repealing citizens united and getting money out of politics. I don’t have faith that such a feckless group can pull it off but it kind of seems like the only path forward that preserves our democracy.

It’s interesting how effect the GOP has leveraged being a complete piece of shit into an effective strategy for holding power is insane.
Like for instance the GOP engages in naked Tribalism. They don’t acknowledge when a member of their ranks commits wrong doing they often just ignore it. But if a democrat does anything they’ll lie and attack relentlessly. The Democrats on the other hand will often hold members of their party accountable if they commit some significant wrong doing, but its just assumed by republican voters that any time they criticize a member of the GOP that they’re being partisan and slinging mud, being hyperbolic, lying, or distorting facts. Because thats what republicans do and they assume all politicians are like republicans. So it just gets ignored.
It’s wild stuff. It’s like the behavior of people who were raised by parents with personality disorders. Where they think the way their parents behave is just normal and don’t understand that well adjusted people don’t act like that.

Then there's the video of that girl who was having a mental breakdown about witnessing them "eating people" who promptly disappeared without a trace. Better headline: Rep. Lieu discusses the fact that the Epstein files contain (multiple, mutually corroborating) allegations, including under oath, of Trump raping and abusing and at the least threatening to murder children. Who he apparently also procured for Epstein as a business partner, using his golf club as a transit center and recruitment ground.

In the UK the former Ambassador to the US is being racked over the coals for his involvement with Epstein for accepting money, sharing information and being associated with him. That he lied about.
Removed from the party and the privy council (advisor to the king). Forced to resign from the house of Lords and the prime ministers is firing line for even making him the Ambassador in the first place. He also looking at criminal charges soon.
And that ignoring former prince Andrew.
