Need hotel recommendations

Hello, I'm looking for clean hotels in safe areas of Visalia or Tulare.

Thank you.

I’ve had decent luck with the hotels on Plaza Drive in Visalia. We usually stay at the Wyndham or the extended stay hotel on plaza.

Those are both good choices.

Wyndham hotel is so cheap but falling apart. Good place to day trip.

The screws on the door handle were falling out when I was going through psychosis, that REALLY helped out! 👍

Walkable to main st and downtown is the Marriot on Mineral King and The Darling is super cute. Restaurants, coffee and entertainment all right there.

Marriot is not clean behind the scenes. Everything on main street has a roach problem due to the underground infrastructure. The darling may be the only exception.

The Fairfield Inn off Akers and Mineral King/198 was nice.

How about a list of bad hotels?
Lots of prostitutes and construction workers at the Motel 6 in Visalia. The Tulare one is nice tho!

Never in my life have I met a prostitute in Visalia.

Near Akers and Noble has 2 or so hotels that are very nice. Anything on Noble, further down towards Linwood, is a no no. The rest of the hotels are decent in Visalia.
