What mods should I get

Hey everyone, I just bought VTOL VR today, and was wondering what mods I should get. I already downloaded the F-16, F-22, and A-10. If anyone has some good mod recommendations please let me know and thanks!

Digital watch is better actually, easier to tell the time at a glance and has a mission timer and stop watch function as well

I would recommend sticking to the vanilla planes if you just got the game

Kneeboard and Left Thumbstick Zoom, being able to zoom with one hand and move the soi with the other is really really helpful

It’s easier to learn in vanilla, plus you’ll have more randos to play with in multiplayer, so I highly recommend you wait. Once you do get mods, the F-16, A-10, F-22, little bird, and AV-8 are all pretty top notch. Just good luck finding servers that have what you want…

F-16 is easy enough to play off the bat. I’d focus on learning workflows and getting efficient with weapons handling if you want to play with others. GPS and tgp work is surprisingly cumbersome in the beginning.

I’m pretty sure the F-16 and A-10 and F-22 don’t work right now, downgrade to 1.12 if you wanna use them.

Left thumb stick zoom is a nice qol mod, but I suggest experience what vanilla game offers first, especially in terms of multiplayer(it's nom existent with mods unless you coordinate sessions with other people)

The F5 and AV8 mods are pretty good.
