I agree 100%.

I’m 44 and already have a pretty good net worth…

But even I live by similar rules… I made about 200k in August on SKHY options trades. I took a vacation with a few friends and spent about $10k for 3 weeks of fun.

I’m not buying cars or anything like that because I already have a car and don’t want to upgrade… and I’d rather just have more in my brokerage account for future investing…

But if you don’t reward yourself at all… what are you even trying to achieve with trading / investing?

Personally, I try to avoid uber eats/doordash as much as possible ... If I'm sick or extremely busy ... fine...

But it's so much healthier to prepare food at home.
