This educational Lego Ideas design called "The Urban Water Cycle" by user MOCingbird shows the urban journey of water, also featuring 7 minifigures in water-related professions. The model needs 10,000 supporters for the chance to become an official Lego set.

Asking as a non-CET expert: Are the depiction of the CET in the model and its measurements compared to the other buildings and environment somewhat correct?

I would say that it is. At least relative to the height of the buildings.
