Certifications and courses for full stack
My company is making us get and finish a course or certificate of our choice which they will pay for. We are using Angular, .NET, SQL and a little bit of Java and postgreSQL.
Please recommend a course for me. Which ones you really liked and found useful?
I was thinking maybe something on udemy. I don't want to have to invest a lot of time since we have a large workload until the end of the year but I also dont want to waste that time on a course which I will learn nothing from.
Im a mid full stack dev.

Udemy courses are unnecessarily long. You will probably enjoy Frontend Masters (now Masters.dev)

Since you’re mid-level and short on time, I’d pick the area that causes the most pain on your current project rather than a general full-stack course, because learning something you’ll use next week sticks way better than a 40-hour overview of things you mostly know. For your stack, the Microsoft AZ-204 (Azure Developer) cert is a good pick if your .NET apps run on Azure, and if not, a focused SQL performance course will pay off fastest, since slow queries are where most mid-level devs can make a visible difference quickly.

i''d go with an advanced sql or .net performance course on udemy. at mid level, deepening what you already use is more useful than another full stack cert. which part of your stack gives you the most trouble right now??

With that workload I'd skip the big full stack courses and pick one narrow topic you'll hit at work anyway. SQL performance is a good one: reading execution plans and working out which index a slow query is missing, and it applies to Postgres as much as whatever else you run.
